PRICING
As we sell equipment nationally and internationally, we prefer to quote
customers individually. This way you get the best freight rates with the goods
delivered to you or another specified destination. We quote the total cost to
you except any import duties. These vary from country to country and we do not
know the relevant duties. Duty is often zero but can be significant so please
check with your local customs agent.
All our prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars unless specified otherwise.

SHIPPING
In New Zealand we ship by courier or mail, depending on the goods, but
delivery is all the way to the customer.
For
overseas orders we use Airpost International except for large orders where
it may be more cost effective to use Air Freight.
SPEEDY SERVICE
Our
aim is to ensure that we give the best service possible. We endeavour
to ship goods the same day we receive orders however due to our rural
location we sometimes have to ship the following day. Bulk orders and
overseas orders will be dispatched as quoted.
WARRANTY
Equipment manufactured by Jenquip has a 6 month guarantee.
Where equipment is
manufactured by others the guarantee period will be the greater of 6 months or
what the manufacturer has specified.

COMPLAINTS
We
hope you don’t have any complaints but if you do, we want to be the first
to hear. Please contact us promptly so we can rectify the situation.
ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
Jenquip
recycles wherever possible, especially packaging. As a last resort, we
dispose of surpluses in the most environmentally-friendly way. Jenquip
has a small farm and has its own forests.
PRIVACY
POLICY
All
customer information is kept strictly confidential by Jenquip. We will
not divulge, share or sell customer information.
SECURITY
Our
Jenquip web site is not currently secure. If you need to send us credit
card details or other confidential information, you may send us a fax
message rather than email.
